NYC Public School Survey – Please Complete Yours!

Families, the NYC Public School Surveys will be distributed today! If you have more than one student, it needs to be completed for each of them. Inside the packet, you will find the survey along with a pre-addressed envelope to make returning it simple and convenient.

You can complete the survey in two easy ways:
